The Grainline Damascus Series is built for clean, consistent cutting, using a 67-layer Damascus steel blade with a 10Cr15MoV core that holds its edge through regular use. Each knife is designed to stay sharp and stable, making everyday prep feel smoother and more controlled. The 12° edge angle allows for precise slicing across meat, vegetables, and fruit without resistance. Finished with an olive wood handle, it feels balanced in the hand and comfortable to use over time.

Four months of daily use and the Grainline Damascus Series is still performing brilliantly. The core clearly makes a difference to how well the edge holds up under regular use. The olive wood handle has developed a lovely patina and feels even better now than it did new. Would give five stars but I think the set could benefit from a honing steel being included as standard.

There's a precision to the Grainline Damascus Series that I haven't found in other sets.

The Grainline Damascus Series has become my go-to set for everything. The 12¬∞ edge angle makes a noticeable difference ‚slicing through meat and vegetables feels smooth and controlled rather than forced. The olive wood handle is beautifully balanced and comfortable even during longer prep sessions. Genuinely one of the best things I've bought for my kitchen.

I bought the Grainline Damascus Series after reading about the edge angle and I'm so glad I did. There's no resistance when slicing through meat or dense vegetables it just glides. The olive wood handle is comfortable over long periods and the 67-layer Damascus blade is as sharp as it is beautiful. Exceptional quality.

The performance is hard to fault the blade holds its edge well, the angle makes for genuinely precise cutting, and the Damascus pattern is authentic and consistent. My issue is that the olive wood handle on one of my knives had a slightly rough patch that the others didn't. Not a dealbreaker but noticeable on a premium product. The blades themselves are faultless.

I've been through a few knife sets over the years and edge retention has always been my main frustration. The Grainline Damascus Series has completely solved that. After months of regular daily use the blade is still performing as well as the first day. The olive wood handle feels warm and natural in the hand and the balance is spot on.

Really impressed with the Grainline Damascus Series. The 67-layer Damascus pattern is stunning up close and the olive wood handle gives them a warm, natural feel that I prefer to synthetic options. The 12° angle makes slicing feel effortless and precise. Only four stars as I'd love a matching storage solution these deserve to be displayed properly.
